How to Use Everyday Coffee
We have outlined the usage instructions for this app.
This app provides four main screens:
・Main Screen
・Calendar Screen
・Data Update Screen
・Annual Information Review Screen
Main Screen
The main screen provides the following three buttons and one text field. Below are the functionalities of each button and text field:
・Cup Count Button
Pressing this button counts one cup as consumed.
Additionally, if an amount is entered in the “Amount Text Field,” the entered amount will be
added as today’s spending.
・Amount Text Field
You can enter the amount spent in this text field.
After entering an amount, pressing the “Cup Count Button” will add one cup and the entered
amount to the total.
Pressing the “Purchase Button” will only add the entered amount to the total.
・Purchase Button
Pressing this button adds only the entered amount to the total without increasing the
number of cups consumed.
・Calendar Button
Pressing this button navigates to the calendar screen.
Calendar Screen
The calendar screen primarily provides two types of buttons.
On this screen, you can check the number of cups consumed and the amount spent on the day selected in the calendar.
Below are the functionalities of each button:
・Today’s Consumption / Today’s Spending Buttons
These are two separate buttons, but both navigate to the Data Update Screen.
・This Month’s Consumption / This Month’s Spending Buttons
These are also two separate buttons, but both navigate to the Annual Information
Review Screen.
Data Update Screen
The Data Update Screen provides one button and two text fields.
This screen allows you to manually update the number of cups consumed and the amount spent for the selected date from the calendar screen.
・Today’s Consumption Text Field
Enter the number of cups consumed today in this text field.
・Today’s Spending Text Field
Enter the amount spent today in this text field.
・Register Button
Updates the information with the values entered in the “Today’s Consumption Text Field”
and “Today’s Spending Text Field.”
Annual Information Review Screen
The Annual Information Review Screen does not include any buttons or text fields.
This screen allows you to check the total number of cups consumed and the amount spent for each month of the year corresponding to the date selected on the calendar screen.
